Mechanical and Thermal Measurements Group Research activity Dynamic characterization of rubber and rubber-to-metal devices
Since 1997 the Mechanical and Thermal Measurements Group is involved in a research activity concerning
the experimental as well as numerical characterization of the dynamics of elastomeric materials (rubber) and rubber-to-metal devices,
specifically in the automotive field.
The activity concerns different aspects of the analysis of the mechanical behaviour of elastomers and
of components made up of these materials. Specifically: |
